A Pilates Plan Your Body Will Love
Turn your routine into a ritual with our 28-day Body Love Challenge—an online Pilates program designed to help build long-lasting, achievable fitness habits, build a consistent movement routine by committing to daily movement, ignite your love of Pilates and show your body the love it deserves.
If you need a program to follow to stay accountable, classes that make your body look and feel better, and a reminder to prioritise yourself – then Body love is for you.

Monday: Pilates

Tuesday: Sculpt
A clear plan removes the guesswork, helping you build momentum and stay consistent. The Body Love Challenge is designed to be sustainable—one you can easily carry forward long after the 28 days are over. Once you start feeling the benefits of regular movement, you’ll fall in love with how good it makes you feel. It’s all about making movement work for you—not the other way around. Your body, your rules.
A PLAN: A structured 4-week plan to set your body up for success. You’ll feel the benefits of consistency, notice you’re getting stronger and crave more of the good stuff.
FLEXIBILITY: Flexible options like Short vs. Long Thursdays allow you to choose your workout duration that match your lifestyle. An invitation to push yourself to move longer and experience our signature full body classes but without pressure if you can’t.
CUSTOMISABLE: Choose Your Own Adventure Fridays lets you personalise your fitness by focusing on what your body needs. Plus…it’s also fun adding some flavour to your full-body plan.
BALANCED: Stretch and release Sundays to balance your week so your body feels equal lengthened and strengthened.
SUSTAINABLE: Scheduled Rest Days to allow your body to recover. Choose to show your body love with self-care rituals and tips from the Body Love Guide.

Lengthen and recover with guided stretches, nourishing mobility, quick and effective muscle release techniques, and relaxing Yoga flows.
This 28-day challenge is for anyone who wants to move more consistently, build real strength, and feel good in their body again. Whether you’re postpartum, short on time, or just ready to make yourself a priority, this is your gentle (but effective) nudge to begin.
MOTIVATION & CONSISTENCY: A Structured Plan for Motivation & Consistency: If you struggle to stay consistent with workouts. A 28-day challenge provides structure, accountability, and motivation to show up daily.
FEEL-GOOD & INCLUSIVE: Unlike extreme workouts or diet-focused programs, this challenge focuses on self-love, body appreciation, and movement that feels good. Perfect for those who want to build strength without stress!
EXPERT GUIDANCE: Instead of guessing which workouts to do, you get a clear plan designed by a Pilates expert. Trust you’re getting safe, effective workouts that bring results.
PERFECT FOR BUSY SCHEDULES: Online means they can do it anytime, anywhere, making it easy to fit into their lifestyle—whether at home, traveling, or on a busy schedule.
Long Lasting Results: Strength, Posture, & Mind-Body Benefits that come with consistent Pilates.

It’s about tuning into what your body and mind need that day and giving yourself permission to adjust as you go.

Why I created Body Love.
Message from Elise Barlow.
“This program was created with love and you in mind— I really care and want everyone to have a positive experience. My goal was to find a way to make an online workout program structured yet personalised and flexible. One of the biggest obstacles I’ve personally noticed since having babies is time. Pre babies, a 45-60 minute workout was my go-to. Post babies, I’m in my 20 minute era. I want the longer workouts in the programs because they are my favourite and so beneficial, but hate the idea of someone feeling defeated because they can’t finish or find time to complete a longer class. So think of Thursday as an invitation to push yourself if you have time, but without pressure. We all know a movement quickie is fire.
Choose your own adventure is multileveled. Each week I’ve invited a theme or a focus and offered three different options for you to choose from. Some of the themes are obvious like body part focus, level of intensity or time. But I’ve also used it as an opportunity for you to try new class styles or look at how a Pilates workout can help improve posture or back pain. Plus, I also love that I can offer cardio or higher intensity options for those who want that, while also offering strength and yoga flows who prefer that and all within the same program.
But another reason I love this approach is because I also want my members to feel empowered to choose their own workouts. The magic of online is you have the ability to customise and choose a workout based on what you want and some of my most successful members have become really good at creating and choosing their own workout schedules. I think it’s empowering to be able to have a balance of both a structured program provided by a Pilates professional but also the skill to be able to lean into what your body wants and to use such a fantastic tool like a workout library to find something that serves you.
The theme of Body Love is important to me. Any pressure on body image or any programs that focus on the results being related to just how your body looks is so not something I stand for. You’ll never ever see me do a testimonial with before and after images because I don’t think the way the body “looks” is a direct translation to how much the bodies gained in terms of strength and I would just love to shift that narrative. Let’s get stronger, build longevity, fall in love with how movement feels and show our body the love it deserves.”
