“I have done Elise’s classes through both of my pregnancies and the postnatal period. I love being able to move in a way that not only feels safe and keeps me feeling strong but I also enjoy it so much! What sets Elise’s workouts apart from other prenatal online classes I have done is that just because they are prenatal doesn’t mean they are easy, she gets you into the burn zone, and I love that workouts can still feel challenging in this season.
Honestly, the classes are just the best, Elise’s teaching is so good but I also love how real she is in the workouts! As a fitness instructor, I find myself picking other teachers (for exercise choices, cueing etc) but with Elises I always feel so immersed in the workout, there are no online Pilates classes that compare to hers! I also love Sophie’s Yoga classes and have really loved the addition of them to the library and programs since my last pregnancy.”
